

As the kids go back to school and college, we know it’s a sign that fall is approaching with welcome cooler temperatures. Labor Day weekend is next weekend and I don’t know where the summer went. Every year seems to zip by faster and faster and only the seasons remind us of what happens next…..chili, pumpkin flavored everything, football and apple picking.

In our fast-paced, always connected world, it is refreshing to engage in an old-fashioned experience every once in a while.

There are opinions galore about millennials just as there have been about past “gens.” Defined as those born between 1980 and 2000, millennials want, and demand meaning from their work. They shun the rat race. They aren’t driven to amass the money, or what it buys, in the same way or to the same degree as their parents.
